Kicked-Back Evening Tea

Celebrate glorious simplicity with this easy tea herbs that are easy to grow, easy to blend, and easy to drink. This is a lovely tea for the end of a long, productive day.

To blend 32 servings
1⁄2 cup chamomile flowers
1⁄2 cup lemon balm flowers
Combine the herbs in a glass
container. Store away from
light for up to a year. |
To brew 1 cup
1 heaping teaspoon blend
1 cup water
Steep blend for 5 min.
in just boiled water. Strain.
